摘要
全球化视野下高校创新人才培养的规律研究是目前的热门课题,从建构主义理论和科学发展观的理论角度分析高校创新人才的培养具有一定创新意义。高校创新人才培养中教师和学生的角色正在发生着变化,教师从讲解者转变为学习指导者;学生从被动接受者逐步转变为主动参与的真正主体。同时高校在培养创新人才的过程中,应做到以人为本,"以生为本"、德育优先;坚持培养人才全面协调发展,即提高思想道德素质的同时还要提高创新人才的科学文化素质;进而注重创新人才的可持续发展即人格健全、身心健康的培养。
Innovative talents training in tertiary education in the context of globalization is a hot topic.The approach to the topic from the perspective of constructivism and scientific development conception has its innovative significance.The roles played by teachers and students respectively have been changing in tertiary education from instructors to guiders on the part of the teachers and from learners to interactors on the part of the students.The focus of the tertiary education should be based on students-centered and moral and ethic educational principles,training all-round talents with qualifications in both moral and ethic level and academic and cultural accomplishments with innovative spirit and with sustained development potential of personality integrity and good physical and mental health.
