中国加入世贸组织后的产业保护有效性

Analysis of the effectiveness of industry protection in the post-WTO era

本文从以往产业保护有效性的相关思想及理论,延伸出了两个提高产业保护有效性的标准为框架,从提高产业保护的有效性对世贸组织成员在产业保护实践中的得失对比进行讨论。提出了提高产业保护有效性的问题,借鉴产业经济学的相关理论,进一步分析了在保护主体、保护对象、保护手段等方面体现保护的有效性,对我国在提高产业保护有效性的制定相关政策有着积极的作用。

Since China joined the WTO,discussions on industry protection mainly emphasize the strengthening of protection of specific industries,simply borrowing ideas from the experience abroad,or just taking advantage of the various relative clauses of the WTO,and take up the position that protection should be moderate.Based on this,this paper mainly probes into the effectiveness of such protection,putting forward two standards and some relative policy proposals for the realization of the effectiveness of protection.
