摘要
本文对高校实验室的管理进行探讨。针对严重地影响实验室的建设与教学和不利于实验室的长远发展存在着诸多问题,提出了现行的实验室管理方式,主要表现为仪器设备、管理、队伍建设等问题。对加强实验室建设与管理提高教学质量有着重要作用。
Instruments and equipment,management and team building are mainly problems of current laboratory management.Those problems seriously affected the laboratory construction and teaching,and not conducive to the development of laboratory.In this paper, Laboratory Construction and Management were discussed and concrete measures were put forward for improvement;It plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching.
