摘要
文章主要进行微处理器数字控制的小功率无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)的功率驱动器硬件设计。分析了对电源、霍尔位置传感器电路、基于高速光耦的控制信号隔离调理电路、驱动电路及其芯片IR2130、以电力MOSFET为功率器件的逆变主电路、电流采样、保护电路设计等设计思路和原理。在各部分设计电路图的同时,给出设计电路板,经过微控制器开环驱动运行实验表明,各部分输出波形符合无刷直流电动机运行要求,电机运行平稳、可靠,对相关电动机伺服驱动器的重要硬件具有一定的应用价值。
Hardware design of a low - power Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) driver based on MCU is introduced in this paper.The power - supply,Hall position sensor circuit, isolation and conditioning circuits of the control signal based on high - speed optical couplers, drive circuit and its chip IR2130,invert main circuit based on power - MOSFET, current sample circuit and protect circuit are all proposed,too.The design ideas and principles are analyzed.The Printed - Circuit - Board(PCB) open - loop run with MCU proves that the BLDCM is reliable and runs smoothly.All running wave curves meet the requirements of BLDCM.It can be taken as the substantial of the servo driver of some motors and is believed to have application value.
