摘要
本文针对循环经济分析了其内涵和实施原则。运用库兹涅茨曲线阐述了环境质量与经济发展之间的关系。为我国实施循环经济的机理形成提供了有一定的理论依据。
The paper first makes an analysis of the connotation and practice of circular e- conomy,and moves onto the analysis of the relationship between environmental quality and economic development with the means of Environmental Kuznets Curve.It intends to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of circular economy in China.Then its formation mechanism was discussed.Some implementing methods of circular economy for government, enterprises and community have been put forward through analyzing the successful experi- ence of current circular economy at home and abroad.
