摘要
文章针对内地现行的职业阶段教育分析,以内地法学职业教育现状为例与香港的法学职业教育进行对比,借鉴香港法学职业教育的方式方法,将对内地的职业教育起到启示和借鉴作用。
Due to non-existence of vocational legal education in Mainland,the author believes that it is necessary to compare vocational legal education in Hong Kong with that in Mainland.The paper first gives a brief introduction on Hong Kong vocational legal education system and then examines mainland vocational legal education.The author further brings forward the meaning of using the Hong Kong model in developing vocational legal education in mainland.
