Impacts of Controlling Rights of Proprietors on Performance of Enterprises

本文以水电煤气上市公司为例,分析行业经营者控制权对企业绩效的影响,以应用线性回归理论,对行业经理层存在滥用经营者控制权的问题,提出了加强董事会的独立性和监督。为提高经营者的货币性收益和加大信息披露力度,弱化经营者过度追求控制权收益的动机等措施;为完善对国有垄断行业的公司治理和提高企业业绩有一定的借鉴作用。

This paper illustrates impacts of controlling rights of proprietors on the per- formance of enterprises.With the use of Maslow’s hierarchy theory of demand,the authors point out that some managerial authorities abuse their power in the operation.They suggest that there should be more independence for the Board and timely disclosure of information. This will help the management of state-owned monopoly enterprises and improvement of en- terprise performance.
