胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 胰腺恶性肿瘤主要病理类型为导管腺癌（pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,PDAC）,约占95%,是一种恶性程度极高的肿瘤,大多数患者在确诊时疾病已进入晚期阶段,且失去手术机会,加上放、化疗效果较差,导致预后极差,5年总体生存率低于4%<sup>[1]</sup>。胰腺癌的三种癌前病变类型为:小叶内导管的胰腺上皮内瘤变(pancreatic
