摘要
本文以话语和文本分析为研究方法,对"厦大女教授炮轰校长就餐特权"事件进行描述性研究,试图全面展示新媒体情境下组织传播与公民个体表达之间的冲突。研究发现,冲突双方通过公共媒介特别是新媒体平台采取了不同的身份表达方式,体现了组织和个体的差异;各自对对方进行了污名化处理;相对弱势的个体采取了情境逼迫和诉苦的抗争策略,而另一方的组织代表则采取了批判的路径,意图建构合法性认同。"隔空对话"式的话语权争夺既是网络情境的产物,也重构了话语权力的结构。
This paper, with discourse and text analysis as research method, conducts a descriptive analysis of the conflict between a woman associate professor and the president of Xiamen University over the dining privilege in 2014 and attempts to demonstrate the conflict between organizational communication and individual expression in the context of the new media. The research finds that the two sides of the conflict adopt different identity expressions; they carry out a series of strategies including stigmatization, situation constraint and grievance venting. The president intended to construct the legitimizing identity, on the other hand, the associate professor wanted to gain the commiserative identity from the public.
