Stanford A型主动脉夹层的腔内支架治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 Stanford A型主动脉夹层(type A aortic dissection,TAAD)是需急诊手术干预的严重大血管病变。未经治疗的TAAD患者48小时内死亡率高达50%[1]。随着医疗技术的发展及医用材料的更新,传统开放手术治疗TAAD的成功率虽然有明显改善,但手术患者的住院死亡率仍达15%~30%[2]。腔内治疗较传统开放手术相比,具有创伤小、预后佳、死亡率低的优势[3]。
