摘要
不同的地区,不同的学校,教师的发展状况一定存在着差异,这是一个客观存在的现实。通过对"江苏省初中教师队伍现状"问卷调查的数据进行分类统计分析,试图找到初中教师队伍建设的路径和策略:一是因校制宜,关注不同学校教师队伍建设的差异性,消解因办学质量水平的高低而影响教师队伍建设的诸多因素;二是因地制宜,正确认识区域经济发展对初中教师队伍建设的影响,着力突破区域初中教师队伍建设过程中的瓶颈;三是科学谋划,整体规划江苏初中教师队伍建设的总体目标,全面提升江苏初中教师队伍的整体素质。
The fact is that teacher development differs from various areas and schools. Statistical analysis of the data from questionnaire surveys reveals the path of and strategy for junior middle school teachers' construction in Jiangsu Province, that is, firstly, different schools should take different paths and adopt corresponding strategies, focusing on differences and clearing up factors affecting teacher construction; secondly, different areas should take different paths and adopt effective strategies,having a correct knowledge of influences of regional economy on teachers, and striving to make a breakthrough in teacher development; thirdly, scientific planning should be made to set a holistic goal of teacher construction, improving the whole quality of junior middle school teachers in Jiangsu Province.
