传承与生长:学校特色文化建设的内在密码——吴江区域学校特色文化建设调查报告

摘要 对苏州市吴江区79所中小学的1114位校长、教师的调查显示,吴江区学校特色文化建设起源于区域教育转型,根植于学校统整办学,立足于师生自身发展,总体呈现出良好的发展态势。同时,学校特色文化建设还存在成人与儿童、特色与一般、有理念与缺理念、理念与落实、主题与标签等矛盾,需要逐步加以改进。 A survey of 1114 headmasters and teachers from 79 primary and secondary schools in Wujiang District of Suzhou City shows that school special culture construction in Wujiang District originates from regional education transition, roots in school integrated schooling, and takes footholds in teacher-student development, the developmental state of which is fine. Yet, there still exist some issues with school culture development, such as contradictions between adults and children, specialty and commonality, idea and practice, and theme and label, which needs to be improved gradually.
