青少年社会工作是指在社会工作专业价值观的指导下,社会工作者根据青少年的生理心理特点、兴趣爱好、动机需求、家庭背景等情况,充分运用专业的理论、方法和技巧对青少年进行辅导,以帮助其解决问题、恢复功能和获得全面发展的一种服务过程和服务活动。而小组游戏治疗兼顾了社会工作以及青少年本身的年龄及行为特点,并蕴含了角色扮演和体验学习的理念,适当地予以应用会是一种有效的、化腐朽为神奇的方法。当然,小组游戏本身的治疗价值有其实现的前提,比如工作者要注意规则的重要性,要设计好能带出主题的游戏活动,要注意发挥各种领导技巧以及运用好各项治疗性要素。

Adolescents' social work is a service process and activity, during which social workers take full advantage of professional theory, methods and skills to coach adolescents according to his or her physical and mental feature, interest and hobby, motivation and need, and family background under the guidance of professional social work value, so as to help adolescents solve their problems,recover their function and achieve integrated development. Team work using play therapy gives consideration to social work, adolescents' age and behavior characteristics. It contains the concept of role playing and learning experience. Also, it is an effective and magic method when applied properly.The premise of the achievement of its therapeutic value is that our workers should pay attention to the importance of rules, design the games which can bring out the theme, employ a variety of leadership skills and apply all the therapeutic factors.
