学校教育是教育系统工程中的一个环节,社会教育、家庭教育都是教育的子系统。学校要在教育中起主导作用、承担重要责任。学校要以提升学生的核心素养为目标,积极探索寻求行之有效的载体,建设青春仪式等具有校本特色的仪式课程,整合家庭教育、社会教育和学校教育,打通教育的各个环节,形成强大的教育合力,努力实现从知识教育到德性教育的转变,实现供给侧改革视域下的教育转型。

School education is one link of educational system, and social and family education is the sub-system of education. Yet, school should play a dominant role and undertake important responsibility in education. School should improve students' core makings as the goal and actively explore the effective vehicle to establish youth ceremony, so that school can integrate resources of family, social and school education, connect all links of education, and form a strong force of education, striving to realize the change from knowledge to moral education with the accomplishment of educational transformation from the perspective of supplying reform.
