摘要
"自主学习"是与"接受学习"相对应的一种现代学习方式。在小学低年级数学教学中,以教师为"导师",以学生为主体,通过微课导学、活动探究、合作共进、过程激励等实现学习目标,是培养学生自主学习能力的有效路径。当前,如何才能转变教师角色,变课堂"独裁者"为学生自主学习的"良师益友",已是小学低年级数学教学改革的当务之急。
Autonomous learning is a modern learning style opposite to receptive learning. To develop students' competence of autonomous learning, teachers should be tutors and students should be the principal part of learning. And meanwhile teachers and students should cooperate with each other in exploration and encouragement to achieve the goal of learning. At present, it is imperative for teachers to change their roles in education from dictators of classroom into students' mentors of autonomous learning, especially for underclass students in primary school.
