摘要
基于工业监控相应背景提出了超远距离信息集成的概念。详细分析了其功能特点、技术需求和实现途径。提出了一种基于GSM短消息、具有脚本扩展功能的开放式超远距离监控系统。在GSM短消息编解码技术的基础上,设计了短消息通讯的应用架构、传输协议、应用指令协议。重点讨论了数据报传输过程中的分帧定义、收发和故障处理流程、监控指令和开放式的脚本扩展功能。作者设计开发的系统实现了数百公里范围内的超远程工业监控信息集成和功能扩展。
The idea of very long distance supervisory control and data acquisition system (VLD-SCADA) was presented with its analyzed functionality and characteristics. A GSM short message system based on VLD-SCADA design was given focusing on system architecture, data transfer protocol and application command protocol. Frame definition, receive-transition and problem processing scheme, supervision set and opened embedded script extension capability were discussed. The proposed solution was implemented in a VLD-SCADA system with several hundred kilometers.
