In view of small and medium-sized enterprises limitation of accounting by EDP,this paper introduces ASP,a new-type network service mode.ASP unique characteristic and advantage,make small and medium-sized enterprises realize accounting by EDP in network and also realize the financial administration of small and medium sized enterprises in network,digitizedion official work,thus making the financial administration of small and medium sized enterprises more flexiblety.The article expounds ASP two kinds of operational modes in the Electronic Data Processing of small and medium-sized enterprises under different situations.
