高等学校要培养高素质合格人才,必须加强对大学生的安全教育。要提高认识,转变观念。建立健全有效的大学生安全教育运行机制。把大学生安全教育纳入学校教学计划,做到统一领导、统一计划、统一内容、统一时间、统一教师、统一考评,使大学生安全教育走向制度化、规范化、系统化,为培养高素质合格.人才服务。就大学生安全教育的必要性,安全教育滞后存在的主要问题,加强大学生安全教育的对策进行了讨论。

In order to train talented persons with high quality in colleges and universities,we must enhance their safety education and we must increase cognitifon,change the idea,establish the sound and valid safety education mechanism.The education of safety is brought into the school's teaching plans,with unified leadership,unified plan,unified the contents,unified time and teachers,unifyied tests,makeing the safety education systemized and standardized,to foster talented persons.This paper discusses the necessity of university student's safety education.
