摘要
个性化是高等教育跨入新世纪的发展趋势之一 ,我国高校个性化匮乏是不争的事实。权威化的价值取向和整体化的思维模式是造成我国高等教育个性缺失的主要因素。
Individuation is one of the trends for higher education towards new century. It is true that our higher education lacks individuation whose main reasons are authoritative value orientation and integrated thinking model in traditional culture.
