摘要
文章在比较分析多种电子商务就绪评估方法的基础上,建立了一种新的企业电子商务就绪评估指标体系。企业可以在电子商务化之前,运用该指标体系对其电子商务就绪水平进行评估,找出其薄弱环节,加以改进。作为实证研究,作者调查了国内20家零售企业的电子商务现状,运用作者提出的就绪评估方法对该行业的整体就绪水平和某企业进行分析,并提出开展电子商务的建议。
The paper, after analyzing and comparing several existing e-readiness assessment models,
suggests a new e-readiness indicator system for Chinese enterprises. Any enterprise can use this indicator
system to assess its e--readiness level in order to know more about its weaknesses to improve themselves.
As to the application of the indicator system, the authors survey more than 20 retailing enterprises of
China to assess the e--readiness level of retailing enterprises in China and put forward some suggestions.
