Try to Improve the Construction of the Teachers' Staff and the Teaching Quality

教学质量是高校生存与发展的基础,目前高校的不断扩招给教学质量提出了严峻的挑战。文章结合现实及工作实践,提出了以教师队伍建设带动教学质量提高的理念,并从诸多方面探讨落实这一理念的具体对策。

Teaching quality is the basis of the existence and the development for the colleges and universities. For the present , the continous expanding enrollment has put forward challenge against the construction of the teaching quality.Related to the reality and the practice ,the article advances the idea that the construction of the teaching quality can be drived by the construction of the teachers'staff ,and gives some countermeasures on the realization of the idea from different aspects.
