摘要
采用二倍稀释法、改良寇式法和蓄积系数法测定了泰妙菌素的体外抑菌活性、急性毒性和蓄积毒性。体外抑菌试验结果显示,泰妙菌素对猪、鸡支原体、猪链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0 015、0 125、0 5ug/mL,呈现较好的杀菌效果,且较磷酸泰乐菌素效果好;而对大肠杆菌、禽巴氏杆菌效果较差。一般毒性试验结果显示,泰妙菌素对小鼠、鸡的经口LD50分别为1 58g/kg和2 19g/kg。按国际急性毒性分级标准可判断为实际无毒,蓄积系数K>5,为弱蓄积性,且小鼠对其不具有耐受性。
The in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility, acute toxic effect and accumulate toxic effect of taimulin were detected by the two fold dilution susceptibility test, modified Kaber method and accumulation coefficient method, respectively. The results showed that taimulin had good antibacteribial effect against Mycoplasma, S. suis and S. aureus and the MIC were 0.015,0.125 and 0.5 g/mL, respectively. But the antibacterial effect against E. coli and P. avium were poor. The LD(50) of taimulin were 1.58 g/kg to mice and 2.19 g/kg to chicken, which was not toxic according to the international standard. The accumulation co-efficient was more than 5 showing a weak accumulation and the mice had no resistance to taimulin..
