摘要
组织潜能的开发是人的潜能开发的拓展和延伸,人力资源潜能开发在整个组织各类资源开发的主导性,决定了组织潜能的开发基于人的基本特性。企业组织潜能的激发,应着力针对当前组织管理中的"盲区"或"瓶颈"问题展开。组织潜能的协同既要着眼于企业内部,又要放眼于企业外部,同时致力于核心能力的提升。
Exploiting of organizational potential energy is an extension on exploiting to the personal potential energy macroscopically. Exploiting of potential energy of the human resource directs that of all other resources in whole organization, coming to a decision that the personal basic characteristic is the base of all the exploitation, and the developing effect to the enterprise needs a cooperation with its ability to promote. On the above thought, this paper discusses the strategies of stirring up and cooperating with an enterprise's potential energy.
