摘要
介绍了经编单轴向织物的结构特点及其优异的力学性能;讨论了它同普通机织物结构相比所具有的优势,即在纤维含量相同的情况下,经编单轴向织物由于其衬纱呈平行伸直状态,因此可以充分利用高性能碳纤维的高强高模力学潜能,而普通机织物中的纱线由于呈屈曲状态,因此对纱线自身力学潜能的利用率下降,而且这种屈曲程度越显著,利用率越低;此外,还分析了经编单轴向碳纤维织物用作建筑物补强材料的优点及发展前景;并得出经编单轴向碳纤维织物是建筑物补强材料的优选产品的结论。
This paper introduces the structures and mechanical properties of mono-axial warp knitted fabrics, and comparison ismade to traditional plain weave fabric. It is found that mono-axial warp knitted carbon fiber fabric can take full use of the highperformance carbon fibers (i.e. the high strength and high tensile modulus) because the inserting yarns in mono-axial warpknitted fabric stay straight and parallel to each other and however, for plain weave fabric the warp yarn and weft yarnpossess obvious waviness. In addition, this paper also analyzes the advantages and developing trend of mono-axial warpknitted carbon fiber fabrics applied in the field of construction rehabilitation. The research results suggest that mono-axialwarp knitted carbon fiber fabric is one excellent option of construction rehabilitating materials.
