介绍了罗布麻针织产品的染整工艺。织物的练漂工序采用阶段保温法,以控制双氧水的分解速度,既避免了强力过度损失,又达到了练漂的目的。采用CellusoftL纤维素酶整理和柔软剂整理相结合,极大地改善了织物的手感和外观。三超(超喂湿扩幅、超喂烘干和超喂轧光)防缩整理,提高了织物的抗折皱性和尺寸稳定性。

This paper introduces the actual dyeing technology of apocynum knitted products. The phase-mode heat preservationis taken for fabric scouring and bleaching process, which not only prevents too much loss of fabric strength but meets thescouring and bleaching requirements. Combined with the application fo Cellusoft L cellulose enzyme, the hand and appearanceof fabric is greatly improved. The three ultra-feedings (ultra-feeding expansion, ultra-feeding drying and ultra-feeding glazing)can improve the wrinkle-free performance and dimension stability.
