弹性织带染色工艺探讨

Study of the dyeing technology of elastic tapes

文中以两种弹性织带为例,对染料的配伍性和染色工艺条件(包括织带张力、轧液率、pH值、汽蒸温度和时间)进行了实验,得出了较佳的染色工艺。经实验认为弹性织带染色时,应选用配伍性较好的染料相拼,对于由多种锦纶纤维织成或比表面较不均匀的织带,应尽量选用亲和力小、匀染性能好的染料染色。轧液率控制在30%～60%范围内,pH值在4～6之间为宜,汽蒸温度为105℃,汽蒸时间为2～3min。

The better dyeing technology is obtained through the experiments on the compatibility of dyes and dyeing conditions(including tape tension, pick-up, pH value, steaming temperature and processing time) in the dyeing process of two kindsof elastic tapes. It can be concluded according to experiments that during the dyeing process of elastic tapes, dyes withgood compatibility should be selected, and for the elastic tapes with many kinds of polyamide fibers or the elastic tapes withuneven specific surface-area, dyes with low affinity and good level-dyeing property should be chosen. The actual dyeingconditions are: pick-up from 30% to 60%, pH value from 4 to 6, steaming temperature is 105 ℃ and steaming time is 2~3minutes.
