区域竞争力主要表现在其产业竞争力方面,而这种产业竞争力是宏观层次的区域比较优势和微观层次的企业竞争优势综合作用的结果,但是深究根源,无论是比较优势还是竞争优势,都必然体现为一种直接或者间接的生产力,因此,区域产业竞争力的演变最终由生产力系统要素的演变决定,由于生产力系统要素的不断丰富、扩展与升级,最终决定了区域核心竞争力的正向演变。

The district competition ability is reflected primarily in its industry competition ability, which is the result of interaction between regional comparative advantage and enterprises' competitive advantage. Thus competitive advantage and comparative advantage are basically a kind of direct or indirect productivity; therefore, the development of district industry competition ability depends on the development of elements in the productivity system.
