珠江中上游地区具有空间整体性、文化同源性、资源互补性以及明显的区位优势,各省区要突破原有经济运行的框架,融入国际市场与国际分工之中,从中寻求联合的纽带和最佳结合点,使经济合作向更高层次和更宽领域 拓展,从内涵和外延两方面做大做活区域经济。

There is spatial integration, cultural identity, resource complementarity and regional advantage along middle & upper reaches of Pearl River. Every province and region should break through original economic framework and integrate oneself in international market and international labor-division, from which seeking out uniting-tie and best joint to make economic cooperation develop to higher level in much wider space and to activate economic cooperation from connotation and extension.
