摘要
本文试图按照利益相关者理论的历史演进,结合不同利益相关者理论对两个基本问题的回答,勾勒出一条利益相关者研究从"影响企业生存"到"参与所有权分配"的动态发展脉络,为利益相关者理论研究的进一步深入奠定基础。
In accordance with the historical evolution of stakeholder theory and combined with two basic answers to the problem of stakeholder theory , this paper sketches the dynamic development venation of stakeholder theory from ' influencing the enterprise's survival ' to 'participating in ownership assign'. As a result it lays a foundation for further research in stakeholder theory.
