精神劳动和脑力劳动既有联系又有区别 ,精神劳动与物质劳动也是既有同质性 ,又有差异性。随着生产力水平的不断提高 ,精神劳动在经济、社会可持续发展中起着越来越重要的作用。精神劳动所创造的精神产品 ,既有有形产品 ,又有无形产品。精神劳动者 ,同样要通过各种形式交换其劳动所凝结的价值。精神产品的价值创造与价值实现有其自身的特点。现代精神劳动具有独特的发展趋势 ,以脑力劳动为主的现代精神劳动将成为社会生产劳动的主要形式 ,成为世界性的发展趋势。

Intellectual labor has something with mental labor,but it is different from mental labor.Intellectual labor has the same kind of relation with material labor too.With the development of productive forces,intellectual labor becomes more and more important in sustainable development of economy and society.Intellectual labor can create mental products.Mental products can be visible and invisible.Intellectual workers exchange the value in mental goods.Intellectual goods has its characteristics in value creation and value realization.Modern intellectual labor has unique development way,it will be the major form of social productive labor and world trend.
