试论韩国企业集团化战略中的政府作用

The Governmental Roles on the Development of the Korean Enterprise Groups

韩国企业集团的创立、发展、运营都受到政府主导型经济体制下政府政策的支持、引导和干预。随着韩国国内外发展环境的变化与政府政策的调整,韩国企业集团也在进行着重大调整和变革。本文试对韩国企业集团形成与发展过程中的政府作用进行分析与评价,得出对我国企业集团化战略实施的几点启示与借鉴。

The building,developing and operating of Korean enterprise groups have been supported by the government.With the change of the international and domestic environments and the adjustment of the governmental policies,the Korean enterprise groups are facing the great reform.This paper focuses on the analyzing and commenting on the governmental roles in the forming and developing of the Korean enterprise groups,followed by the enlightenments to the development of Chinese enterprise groups.
