On the Problems in the Adjustment of the Agricultural Construction

我市的农业结构调整已初见成效,但仍任重道远:农业结构调整方向不十分明确,强调生产规模、注重行政干预较多,农产品质量低,缺乏区域优势。因此政府要转变职能,加快农村基础设施建设,注重农产品优质化和多样化,发展农产品精深加工和特色产业,促进农业结构调整。

We have made the primary achievements in the adjustment of the agricultural structure, but we still shoulder heavy responsibilities. There is no clear idea on the adjustment. Administration is overly stressed. We have low productive quality and lack regional advantage. Measures should be taken to fasten the speed of basic equipment construction, qualified product of variety should be stressed, and profound processing and specified industry should be developed.
