The Cognitive Process for Judges

法官的认知过程是对审判信息加工选择的过程。它主要由注意、编码记忆、推理三个环节构成,不同环节对法官认知能力有严格要求。同时,法官的认知过程也是一个具有强烈动机色彩的归因过程并存在归因偏差。

The cognitive process for judges is to process and select trial information, which is mainly composed of three phrases: attention, coding and memory, inference.Different phrases have strict requirements for judges` cognitive abilities.Meanwhile,the cognitive process is also an attributive process which is full of strong motivations and there also exist some attributive deviations in this process.
