现代工业社会在快速发展的同时也在以前所未有的速度破坏着人类赖以生存的环境,小至一个城市,中至一个国家,大到整个地球,概莫能外;资源浪费、环境污染和生态环境恶化严重影响着人类的生活和经济的发展,保护资源和改善环境已成为我国一项十分紧迫的任务;因而同时创建环境会计是非常必要的。

Modern industry society destroys environment seriously when it develop rapidly, from a city to the whole earth. Resource waste and environment pollution affect the development of life and economic seriously. Protecting resource and improving environment is a necessitous task in our country, so it is necessary to found environment accounting.
