试论政治发展的目标选择问题

A trial discussion on the target choice of political development

政治发展的目标选择是政治学研究中一个重要的理论问题。学者们在这个问题上看法不一 ,有的学者反对为政治发展设定目标 ,有的学者认为政治发展的目标无法进行清晰界定 ,有的学者认为政治发展的目标是单一的政治价值 ,更多的学者则主张目标是多重的且彼此之间是相容的。本文对这些看法作了评述 。

Target choice of political development is a very important theoretic question in the study of political science.Scholars do not hold unanimous opinion on this question.Some scholars oppose to set target for political development,some scholars think that the meaning of target can not be explained clearly,some scholars believe that the target is a single political value,while more scholars insist that targets of political development are multiple and consistent.The paper makes comments on these opinions and analyzes the strategic choice of political development under the view of consistent targets.
