摘要
基础医学实验教学实行“项目 -导师制”,突出了以学生为中心的机制 ,教学方式灵活 ,学生学习的主动性和积极性明显提高。“项目 -导师制”加大了实验的难度和复杂程度 ,有利于锻炼同学严谨的科学态度和全面的操作技能 ,同学们的实验技能、创新思维能力和综合素质得到提高 ,实验教学效果也明显得到提高。“项目 -导师制”倡导激励和竞争意识 ,督促教师尽职尽责 。
The System of Project and Tutor applied in experimental teaching of preclinical medicine is students-centered and flexible, which can apparently improve students' activity. The difficulty and complication of the experiment are increased in The System of Project and Tutor. However, this can cultivate students' rigorous scientific attitudes and overall operational skills, improve students' experimental skills, innovational abilities and comprehensive qualities, and improve the effect of experimental teaching. The System of Project and Tutor advocates a sense of competition, which can supervise and urge teachers to fulfill their duty and improve promote their teaching.
