摘要
铁路轮渡是连接受到水系阻隔的铁路线的一种经济便捷的运输方式.研究铁路轮渡系统的通过能力对合理利用路网运输能力、选择轮渡技术设备和加强轮渡运输管理有重要意义.铁路轮渡系统包括港口、轮渡站、铁路引线和后方技术作业站.铁路轮渡渡运的车流必须按照一定的作业程序进行,才能保证作业的安全和效率.铁路轮渡的通过能力,即在一定轮渡设备和作业组织方法的条件下,一昼夜内所能通过的列车对数,取决于铁路引线的区间通过能力、轮渡站、港口和渡船航运能力.着重研究了铁路轮渡系统通过能力的计算方法及系统能力的限制因素,得出的结果可用于轮渡系统的设计和管理.
Railway ferry is a economical and convenient transportation form which connects railways obstructed by water. In many countries with water-cut land,transportation system railway ferry have got more and more applications,so the study on calculating ferry's through capacity is very important to efficiently use the transport capacity of the railway network, select appropriate ferry equipment, and intensify the ferry's daily management.Railway ferry system includes port, ferry station, connecting railway line, and backward technical station. A railway ferry should ship wagon flow observing strictly the procedures to guarantee security and efficiency of ferry operations.The through capacity of railway ferry, which is the number of pairs of train through the ferry in conditions of using the ferry equipment and the operation method in a day, depends on the capacity of connecting railway, ferry station, port and shipping capacity of the ferry ships.The algorithm of railway ferry's capacity and the factors restricting its capacity are probed into,and the conclusion drawn from the study could be applied in designing or managing a ferry.
