摘要
依据我国货车转8A弓型制动梁的实际运用状态,就其强度性能进行了有限元计算、实物静强度试验和疲劳强度试验研究,对其强度分布及产生断裂损伤的原因进行了分析,研究结果可供产品制造部门参考.
Based on the actual operating conditions of our countries' type zhuan 8A bow break beam of freight car, the finite element calculation is proceeded for its strength function, the test of static strength and fatigue is studied, the distribution of stress and cause of fracture is analyzed. Conclusions and suggestions may be referred to by manufacture departments.
