摘要
芳氧乙酸是一类应用广泛的植物生长调节剂、除草剂、香料及药物中间体.利用微波辐射快速合成了一系列芳氧乙酸.目标产物的结构经红外光谱及熔点的测定得到了确证.该方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、副产物少、产率高、易纯化及环境友好等优点.
Aryloxycarboxylic acid is a very useful fine chemical,which is widely used as plant growth regulator,herbicide,aromatizer and medicinal intermediate.A series of aryloxy acetic acids are prepared without organic solvent under microwave irradiation (MWI). Compared with classical methods, this method has the advantages of high yield,short reaction time, easy preparation and mild reaction conditions. The structure of compound is characterized by analyzing melting point and IR.
