摘要
人造金刚石生产废水中含有较高浓度的镍离子,对环境有严重的污染,又具有一定的回收经济价值.采用离子交换浓缩、调整溶液pH值、扩展阴极等电解回收工艺可以将废水中99%的镍回收.回收过程可取得良好的经济效益.
The high concentration of Ni^(2+) found in the man-made diamond wastewater causes serious pollution to the environment, but it is worthy of recycal use. It is shown that some processes of electrolysis, such as ion exchange concentration and adjusting pH value etc,can salvage 99% of Ni^(2+).The experiment indicated that the salvaging process could meet the requirement both of environmental and economic benefit.
