新时期我国妇女劳动权益保护现状研究 被引量:1

Study on the Protection of Women's Labor Rights In Contemporary China

摘要  改革开放以来我国妇女劳动权益保护出现的新问题表现为以下五个方面:就业性别差异与歧视、职业性别差异与歧视、收入性别差异与待遇歧视、女性特殊劳动保护与歧视。妇女劳动权益受损的解决对策为:健全法律体系,加大执法力度;运用行政力量,约束企业行为;营造性别平等氛围,强化社会监督;提高妇女自身素质。 This paper examined the situations of protection practices of Women's Labor Rights in contemporary China.The forms and its characteristics of gender discrimination were summarized from five aspects:employment gender difference and discrimination,occupational gender difference and discrimination,gender discrimination in payments,and special occupational protection of women and discrimination,In the end,based on the casual analysis on the reasons,the authors suggested the following action strategies:(1)To perfect legal system,enforce the law strictly and consolidate legal system.(2)To effectively regulat eenterprise's behavior,and strengthen the protective mechanism by administrative power.(3)To build social climate of gender equality and strengthen social supervision.(4)To increase women's adaptability,including their professional skills,self-developing abilities and comprehensive competence in the new economic context.
