摘要
本文简单描述甲醇洗工艺的发展和变化,改进甲醇溶液再生系统,建议在甲醇洗装置的溶液解吸部分使用喷射器。改进过的工艺能使二氧化碳回收率提高到96%以上,且符合我国以无烟煤为原料的中型氨厂进行节能改造和增产的需要。
This paper briefly describes the development and variation of the methanol wash process and the improvement of the methanol solution regeneration system, and suggests using injectors in the solution deabsorption part of the methanol wash unit. Thus the improved process is possible to raise the recovery rate of carbon dioxide up to 96% or above, meeting the needs for energy-saving revamping and increasing capacity of the existing medium-sized ammonia plants with anthracite as feedstock.
