摘要
任何单方面的激励都不可能对高级经理人起到完全有效的作用 ,本文通过分析内部激励因素和市场激励因素对高级经理人效率的影响 ,提出了系统化的高级经理人激励方案。即 ,企业应先根据市场竞争情况建立激励战略 ,然后根据激励战略制定具体的激励措施 ,再次通过建立企业文化补充制度的激励作用 ,最后实现激励机制的动态管理。只有这样 。
Any incentive can not improve top executive's performance effectively. After analyzed factors effecting executive efficiency thoroughly, this paper shows a systematic incentive mechanism. That is, first, firms should establish incentive strategy, and then, draw up some concrete incentive regimes according with these strategies, thirdly, use enterprise culture as a complementary, finally, realize dynamic management of incentive mechanism. Only by doing so, incentive mechanism is effective continuously and alive.
