渣油制氨工程原设计数据的剖析与模拟

Analysis and Simulation of Original Design Data for Residual oil-based Ammonia Plant Engineering

本文通过对某渣油制氨装置原设计数据的分析,查明了主流程工艺数据中某些不合理之处。文中详细地分析了各工序中的具体问题,并且如实地算出了可以接受的工程系数。用石化总公司发展部组织开发的SAPROSS(Ⅰ)对主流程模拟的结果表明,该软件能忠实地反映渣油制氨原设计工况的参效,并且能纠正原设计中的错误,因此该软件具有实用价值。

Through analyzing the original design data of ammonia production using residual oil as feedstockin this article, we have found out the truth of unresonable data in chief process. After detailed analvzing someconcrete problems in each process, some accepted engineering coefficents have been calculated. The simulationresults from SAPROSS( I ) software indicate that developed by SINOPEC.Dev. Dep, this software can truelyreflect the original design data of ammonia production using residual oil as feedstock, and can correct somewrong data in original design, so it is applicable to practical use.
