在初步探讨了校园政治舆论的概念、特点、传播渠道与类别之后,本课题组在深入调研的基础上,概括出正向校园政治舆论的功能,即对校园意见、校园秩序的整合功能;对学校管理、校园风气、品德塑造等方面的监督功能;对大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,提升政治素质、提高参与意识和民主精神等方面的育人功能。

After initialing discussing the definition, characteristics, classification, and the means of spreading political opinions on campus, the team studying the topic on the basis of thorough investigation, summarizes the function of positive political opinions on campus —— the function of integrating opinions and order on campus. It also summarizes the function of supervising university management, atmosphere on campus, molding moral character, etc, and the function of cultivating university students to form proper world views, outlooks, values, and promoting their political qualities, consciousness of participation and democratic vitality as well.
