摘要
江泽民对邓小平人才思想的几个重点理论创新:江泽民提出了"人才资源是第一资源"的科学命题;提出了要突出注重人才的创新能力的观点;创立了新的分配激励理论;提出了人才资源配置市场化的观点。江泽民这几个理论创新,为我国实行科教兴国和人才强国战略,为新时期人才管理工作指明了方向,奠定了理论基础。
This paper attempts to give a better understanding of the former Chinese president Jiang Zemin's key theoretical innovation evolved from the idea of human resources developed by Deng Xiaoping, designer of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Jiang Zemin put forward the scientific subject of 'human resources are the prime resources', 'talents creativity should be emphasized and promoted' and advanced theories such as the stimulation of new promotion system and the marketization of human resources. Jiang Zemin's theoretical innovations laid a solid theoretical foundation and clarified the distinction for the management in line with the strategy to vitalize China's scientific education, technology and human power.
