当前我国权力监督机制存在的问题及其对策

On the Problems and its Countermeasures of Our Supervisory System Nowadays

我国已经建立的监督机制存在着机构缺乏应有地位和独立性、管理体制不够科学、监督机制运行方式简单、监督环节不到位等问题。因此 ,必须进一步有针对性地转变传统权力监督理念、建立权力监权体系的整合机制、加强权力监督机制立法、构建多元有效的外部监督机制 。

At present, the elemental problems existing in the set-up supervisory system include aspects as follows: the supervisory institutions are irrational; the supervisory adminitrative systems are not scientfic enough; the supevisory measures are ineffecive, for which the position of the Commission for Inspecting Discipline should be defined more precisely , and the current administrational control system should be reformed as well as the construction of the perfect supervisory system, which are to ensure that the authority can be supervised.
