精神分裂症的经济负担研究

Research on the Burden of Disease of Schizophrenia in social economics

从社会经济角度,探讨哈尔滨市精神分裂症经济负担、提供背景资料。方法运用流行病学、卫生统计学、卫生经济学方法,对哈尔滨市精神分裂症的直接经济负担、间接经济负担进行计算。结果1999—2001年哈尔滨市精神分裂症造成的直接经济负担分别为218.59万元、280.96万元、300.31万元。3年共计799.86万元,平均次住院费用为3437元。间接经济负担分别为6942万元、8376万元、9468万元,计24786万元。疾病经济负担3年间呈递增趋势。结论精神分裂症对社会、家庭、患者本人造成严重的经济损害。

Objective:To explore the Burden of Disease of Schizophrenia in terms of social economics in Harbin city. Method By using the epidemiology,health statistics and health Economics methods,we calculated the direct economic cost and the indirect economic cost.Results:The direct economic cost due to Schizophrenia in Harbin city from year 1999 to year 2000 was 2.19 million RMB,2.81 M RMB and 3.00 M RMB Yuan,respectively.Totally 8.00 M RMB three years all together.The average cost each time per patient was 3,437 RMB Yuan.The indirect cost was 69.42 M RMB,83.76 M RMB and 94.68 M RMB Yuan,respectively.Totally 247.86 M RMB Yuan.The economic cost of Schizophrenia was increasing successively during the 3 years.Conclusion:Schizophrenia places heavy economic burden on the society,family of patients and patients themselves.
