特治星治疗肺部感染的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Tarocin in Treating Pulmonary Infection

目的:评估特治星治疗肺部感染的疗效和安全性;获得特治星对各种肺炎致病茵的药物敏感性数据方法:采用非对照、开放性、多中心的研究方法。30名病人参加试验,观察用药前后患者症状、体征、胸片及细菌培养的变化结果:特治星用药结束时和随访期临床有效率为90%,临床症状及体征均有明显改善结论:特治星治疗肺部感染临床疗效好,细菌清除率高,单独使用无不良反应。

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of Tarocin in treating the pulmonary infection and get the drug sensitive data of the microbes which can induce different pneumonia.Methods:30 patients suffering different pneumonia took part in this research.After having used Tarocin,we observed the changes of their symptoms,signs, chest radiograph and bacterial cultivation with non-control,open,polycentric statistical methods.Results:While finishing the therapy,the clinical effective rate is over 90%,them appears obvious alleviation of clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion:Tarocin shows decent effect in treating pulmonary infection with high clearance rate to bacterial,and there is no obvious side-effect while being used singly.
