摘要
城中村的存在对城市的形象和发展造成了众多负面影响,为改变城中村给城市发展带来的一系列的负外部性,各地政府纷纷提出要对城中村进行改造,学术界也越来越多地关注城中村这一话题。本文从要求城市地租最大化的角度入手,分析石牌城市地租流失的内在机制,讨论了在满足不同利益方的利益最大化前提下的改造道路,并提出石牌村的改造模式。
The existence of village-in-city has brought lots of negative effect on the city image and its development,in order to change this passive status,many authorities have tried to begin to reconstruction work of these village-in-cities.And more and more scholars have concentrated on this field.This thesis begins with the city land rent theory and analysis the mechanism of the city land rent lost in Shipai,discusses the reconstruct road basing on the maximum of different profits of different groups,and finally tries to bring forward the reconstruction pattem of Shipai village.
